Possession Gained!!

Another successful possession order hearing today (although this is only my 4th in my career) we have won all 4! It emphasises how important it is to have all paperwork in order and checked and checked again, in order to get possession of a landlords property for him/her. It rarely gets to this point, as most tenants leave during the notice period or we mediate an amicable solution.

Unfortunately this one had to go this far and we were successful for the landlord, and his inherited tenant has 14 days to leave.

As part of our fully managed service we attend court with the landlord/solicitor to be on hand with any documentation the Judge may ask for, and we unlike most agency's do not charge for this service! 

 

BUT I SAY AGAIN BEFORE GOING INFRONT OF A COURT ALL PAPERWORK NEEDS TO BE CHECKED WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB, AS THE JUDGES ARE VERY THOROUGH AND THE SMALLEST OF ERRORS WIL SEE THE CASE DISMISSED AND HAVE TO BE STARTED AGAIN.
